This is the one I'm currently using. It's unfortunately useless as the vdeo background freezes multiple times a day and can only be resolved by reinstalling the video you want as a background.

Does anyone know of an app that works for me to use as a loader for videos of my choosing?(not looking for prechosen live wallpapers).

Thanks for your time!

Zedge has some cool video wallpapers. I get all of my sounds and wallpapers from it. Been using the app for years now.

Hi there and thanks for the help! Sorry if I wasn't clear about it, I'm not looking for the wallpapers, I'd like to use my videos as a background on my phone. I just need an app that will load my videos.

Thanks!

What format are the videos?
I ask this because some formats work better than others.
I've used multiple formats, current is an mp4.
How are you setting these as video wallpapers?
I'm using the app I linked above to set the movie as a background. The wallpaper works just fine for a while then when bringing the screen to life at some point, it just shows the video frozen and I have to reinstall the background to get it working again.

Have you tried using lower resolution videos?

Using videos for such a thing will eat a battery charge up quick.

The higher the resolution, the more useage.

Also, do the videos need to be in .gif format so that they repeat?

I think there would also be a limit as for how long a video may be for this.

You can try this app to reduce the resolution and/or edit the length of the video.

Here is an app to change formats.

Or else you can try this website.

Thanks very much for your help. Battery is not an issue for me when using this app. The issue is solely it's poor performance. As for format, it accepts multiple formats but I'll do some conversions and shrinkages to see if the issue persists.
