I'm not sure what happened here.
I was trying to boot intro recovery mode. This is an AT&T table that has long since had the SIM pulled and is locked.
I was TRYING to get to the recovery boot and clear the cache, but instead accidentally chose the o/s reinstall.
It has been sitting at this screen for well over 20 min. To me it looks like it's stuck.; I would expect to see a download progress. But can someone tell me which direction to go to resolve this? i don't want to power off obviously.
