Sprint gps sucks, uses cell rather than gps (SAYS NO CELL SERVICE IN THIS AREA) and google navigation I can't save adress's for for later use. I work in ems and need to set hospitals and other places to pick quickly on the go..... any ideas?

I don't have a solution for you. But you should reword the misleading title of your post. You aren't looking for a different GPS. (The GPS is built into your handheld device, and its output is used by any number of apps.)

You are looking for a different navigation app.

The search history in goggle maps should save your address history

And it sounds like you want an app that stores its map data onboard, rather than downloading it dynamically over the network.

Solved, go to menu on home screen - shortcuts - driving/nav. Now I am happy
