Please coorrect me if needed.....
On step 10 one should rename PC36IMG.zip to "PMC36IMG" then reboot and bootloader will start the update. At least thats how i did it. Other than that the code for HTCdev was a pickle for a bit but got that finally. Still learning.

no you need to rename the PC36IMG_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1.zip to just PC36IMG. the important thing is to make sure that your computer hides exntensions. if it does then do not add .zip to the end which will result in the file being named PC36IMG.zip.zip which will not work.

Also, make sure it's PC36IMG not pc36img. It's case sensitive.

That's what I found is my computer hides the .zip. it all worked.
