I just got my replacement phone from verizon today and am going through the process of getting everything set back up how the other one was, but I can't figure out how to get the full need for speed shift game unlocked on the new phone. I purchased and played it quite a bit on the old one but the new one want's me to purchase again.

I hope they don't expect me to pay for it again when it wasn't my fault the other phone had problems. Does anyone know what to do?

1.) Was it legally purchased and not pirated?

2.) Did you sign into the correct Google Account?

If you're sure that you're signed into the correct Google account and it still requests that you purchase the game, I think you can simply contact VZW and have them credit the full price of the game to your account/bill. Try calling their CS up and seeing what they can do for you.
  4. You would probably have to contact the Market somehow, you can't bill to account on Verizon.

Need for Speed Shift is not an Android market application, that is the problem.

You can charge things to your Verizon bill. How else would they charge you for VCAST related media, for instance?

only the vcast apps can be charged to your account. verizon does not support, nor credit for any other google market apps.

For the second time, the NFS game is not a Google Market application.

Need for speed is charged to your verizon account, so I was able to call them up and they credited my account back, so I could just purchase it again.
