I've used this phone for about 5months, and performed a "hard reset" twice already using the power down + vol down function cause I forgot my password thingy. But it came to a stand still one day showing that triangle, wast sure what it was so I just left it. It drained my battery. I tried charging it but it won't go on, so I used the power down + vol down to try and reset it again. But it took a turn for the worse this time! It froze just there on factory reset! Now it doesn't even switch on!
Please help!
By the way, my Aunt bought it on her way from Birmingham to South Africa. So I'm not sure where exactly she bought it!
