Help Need help! Battery problems.

So, i heard that letting your phone die and shut off once then charging it to 100% then reporting it will help your phone battery last longer.

I did it and the battery drains like no other, i was on FB for 10 and it went from 100% to 88%. I run Noled, calendar in status bar, and battery level showing in status bar.

What should i do?!
