Do you have a custom recovery? Can you boot into the stock recovery?

Once you reach stock recovery try to do a factory reset. This fix has only a slight chance to work. If even that does not help you will have to flash your stock ROM. Search for [model number] [model name] and flash stock recovery/firmware on Google you will surely get some great solutions there.

The Warp 4G has an unbrick tool made by @SuperR that works with fastboot. It'll also install a custom recovery if there isn't one already. Check the All Things Root Guide for the link.
