Help need help please!

I've tryed everything and I just dnt no what to do now!

It won't let me download a mms I got sent today. I'm on orange,

I've changed the wireless and network settings
I've turn off WiFi & put on moblie network and stuff nothin happening

Anyone know what else i can do so I can read the message!!
