I can no longer display photos in the gallery. When I take a photo and go to the gallery, the photo displays as a black screen with an image of a slide/mountain on it. Old photos still display. I am guessing I have accidentially changed some setting but I don't know what or how to fix it. I have a Droid X. Can anyone tell me how I get back to being able to see my photos? Thanks

You could try an other viewer like QuickPic but I'm afraid the problem is your camera.

    Couple things you can try.

    1. Go into your application settings, and clear the data and cache from the gallery.
    2. Plug in a USB cable so the SD Card mounts/unmounts. This will force a rescan of your media.
    3. Check/scan your SD Card for corruption (mount USB storage and use windows to scan the card for errors, or Disk Utility in OSX to verify the disk's health.

See if any of these help.
