I am hours away from getting my new LG Optimus S and I need to know if there is an activation fee. I am getting the phone at best buy. If there is then is there a way around the fee. Thank you.
There is always an Activation fee when upgrading devices. However, after you get it, you can certainly try calling the carrier and seeing if they can wave the fee.
And FYI, you could have just called Best Buy or the carrier about this...
