Need Help Rooting a regular How To Root LG Optimus S LS670

I have a How To Root my LG Optimus S LS670, it doesn't have like zvd or anything like that after the end of LS670. So its a plain one.

Here's my information:
Model Number: LS670
Android Version: 2.3.3
Baseband Version: LS670MVJ_6150

I just rooted my Optimus using the above guide over the week end but my was baseband c so there is a section on how to update to d or h, since yours is j you will have to bring it down to h or d to be able to load the custom roms. It's a good guide follow step by step and you can't go wrong.
