I saved the zip file to the root of my sd card then i went through bootstrapper and then selected install from zip.

Do i need to do a system mount before i select the deodex file to be installed?

Also, make sure you can open the zip file on your computer (i.e. it isn't corrupt).

Agree with this. I didn't need to do anything with that file any different than you mentioned and it worked for me. Maybe bad download?

When I deodexed my X this weekend, I downloaded on my computer, made sure I could open it with Winzip, then copied it to a folder on the sdcard. I think there can sometimes be issues with the naming of the file if downloaded via the phone to the sd card (no computer).

I couldn't even DL it right to my phone. Got an error message content wasn't supported. Maybe an issue with stock browser.

ALl the files Deodexed fine but when i type cp /sdcard/done_app/* /system/app/
in cmd it tells me that theres no such file.

I have both done_app and done_frame on root of my sd card....
