I installed root through framaroot and installed SuperSU so the files are in "system/apps" and then I factory reset days later. But it appears that it's still rooted and SuperSU.apk is still in the apps folder.
I tried unrooting by deleting the SuperSU.apk from apps folder but the file manger states it cannot be deleted. I don't know what to do now. I tried unrooting with Superuser's selections and framaroot but to no avail.

Welcome, Flash.

I've relocated your thread to the Quattro All Things Root area. Here you'll find users of this device who've rooted, flashed ROMs, unrooted, etc, much more so than in the generic device area.

Have you checked to be sure you are actually rooted?
Try using titanium backup, it will tell you if you have root access as well as being able to remove the apk.

Also, try ROOTING with framaroot and then unrooting

I tried Titanium Backup and granted it access with supersu but it's stuck at asking for root rights and when rooting with framaroot it states that it only partially rooted. This leads to a boot loop when rebooting. Unrooting with framaroot doesn't uninstall either.
