    Hey,

Im selling my behold 2 and I need to do a wipe. I did the Factory Reset option in the Settings Menu but after reboot all my settings/apps/info was still there. Any ideas on how to set it back like the day I got it?

    Thanks,

    PC

Hmmm try formatting the sd card first from within the phone and then do the factory reset by holding down some keys while turning the phone on. I dont know off the top of my head what those keys are, you can find them somewhere here.

    Power off,
hold volume down, call, and finally endcall/power

You'll get to the recovery screen. Press the home key to factory reset.

Thank you KAM187. I needed a hard reset the other day. I've been using it alot since then. For mine I have to press the menu key after home to start the reset otherwise it just sits there. Thanks again.
