Hey everyone. Quick question for the forum here.

We recently got my wife the Galaxy Tab 10.1 for her job. She is a hairstylist and pretty much uses it for her client records and for streaming music on the internet in her suite that she rents.

The problem she has is she can't get a good app for streaming music. We are SiriusXM subscribers, but the app is horrible and we have no idea when they will fix it. Its near unusable.
She'd use Last.fm, but every time she clicks on a station it tells her its a premium feature and we have to subscribe to use it.
She'd use Pandora, but when she does, it only mixes one genre of music instead of ALL genres.

She wants an app that will make a mix of several genres of music, can be set to play edited music and can run in the background while she logs into the internet (one of the reasons she cant just stream online, since when you switch tabs, it turns the music off)

    any ideas?

Pandora does that. Make a few different stations, one for each genre, and then use the quick mix feature to mix your stations.

Pandora starts to make weird choices if you mix genres too much when you seed a station.
