Is there a way to make things like clash of clans run on samsung galaxy (sch-i500) running andeoid 2.2.1? Or do I just need to root it and get a more up to date firmware?:banghead:

welcome to AF!!!!!!!!

i'm not sure that even rooting it will help.....some of the older devices just do not have the processing power to play some of the newer games.

i do not too much about your phone so i can't speak of specifics.

i know that on some rooted phones there are some tricks you can do to fool the play store into thinking it is another device and allow you to install the app/game, but i'm not sure about your device.

Thank u for tor response, I guess it'll just be a trial and error thing then, although I still want to root it so I can have atleast aneroid 4.0 cause 2.2.1 sucks big time
