Stop looking at 'running apps' you'll drive yourself crazy. Android apps share many services so it will list apps providing those services as running because they've been accessed. Android doesn't automatically flush inactive apps or services out of RAM so they'll stay there until used again or replaced. Don't worry about it, it completely safe and completely normal.
