Root need help

I upgraded my rom to next sense 4.0, as i was restoring my contact I was not able to download mybackup because it says that I had 0.00 mb available, so i decided to restart it. As i restart, it gets stuck to the nexus "x" and doesnt boot to the main screen. I tried to restore, but it says that my sd was not there. Anyone help?

nextsense rom asks you to reboot after the first load before trying to apply any restorations of apps/contacts etc

please read the instructions for the rom to save yourself some stress and freaking out
