Root Need help!!!!

I was looking at rooted apps the other day and seen one that changes your screen to one solid color to save battery life. It makes everything different shades of that color so its not using all the other colors. I cant remember what it is now! It was "color render" or something like that. If anyone has a clue what im talking about, please help me!! Thanks

CyanogenMod has Render effects in it, you can choose to make your screen differnt colors like what your are describing.
