Need Metro response immediately!

I've sent metro multiple emails about this as their call center they keep referring me to isn't open. They gave my number to someone else without telling me and I paid $49 on someone else's bill, I'm extremely infuriated that no one is manning the call center or emails as I need my freaking phone on or my money back. I've exhausted all other options on contacting them... please help
