Need suggestions on Photo Gallery apps

I hate the Gallery app on the Nexus. It doesn't sort the Galleries in any logical way that I can figure out. I just want to be able to sort them somehow. So, does anyone know any good photo gallery apps that I could use instead of the stock one?

The problem I seem to be having with both the stock gallery and Quick Pic is my file structure. It works great on a computer, but crappy on a tablet. Basically I have it set up like this:

2012 Vacation
>Disney
>Unversal
>MGM

2012 Vacation is the main folder, the others are subfolders. Gallery and QuickPic don't recognize the 2012 Vacation folder and instead just show the Disney, Universal and MGM folders. Well, I have multiple Disney and Universal trips so the apps are just showing multiple groupings of Disney and Universal. So, I've had to go back in and rename all my folders like this:

2012 Vacation
>2012 Vacation Disney
>2012 Vacation Universal
>2012 Vacation MGM

This way everything is be shows next to each other at least.

Is there a way around this or is this really the best way to do it?
