Help Need to download Metro PCS Hotspot APK

I have a Note 2 flashed to MetroPCS. Its working perfectly. Recently I added the Hotspot to my account. I connect OK with both WiFi, and USB, but in both cases "No Internet Connection". Metro has not found an answer, but my franchise dealer says its because I am using T-mobile hotspot on Metro network, and the { connection string ? } is wrong. He said download the MetroPCS Hotspot APK and I'll be fine. Trouble is, I can't find it anywhere, and don't know its name. I do NOT want to root my phone.

Any help out there ?

I'm thinking if someone has a rooted Metro phone they should be able to copy the APK and post it, or email it.

is your phone rooted?

i do not have your phone, but i have never heard of a metro pcs hotspot apk before.

Ditto what ocnbrze said. I even tried Googling it for you and came up with nothing other than 3rd party apps.
