Boot and recovery ok, OS was borked, currently wiped.

Can flash firmware via fastboot, 0PBIMG.zip will not flash (header error). Not even sure if that's supposed to work via fastboot. Phone stopped reading SD card, card is good, won't read any card.

Stock recovery sideload same issue, TWRP will let me push ROM's to internal card, but always says zip is corrupt if I try to flash.

Anyone know where to find a system.img I can flash via fastboot? Or any other Ideas welcome.

Phone has had issues since before Marshmallow, but when they got bad enough I'd just flash the RUU via SD card update. Going to replace soon, but it would be much easier for me if it would work for another month or two.

Thanks in advance, hope someone has an idea...
