Support Need to wipe.. Trouble getting to boot menu

    Cannot access boot menu.. Normal proccess is unsuccessful (x+power button).. any other way to wipe? Root access has been obtained w/ 2.0.1 firmware.

    I think you can do a factory reset under Settings/Privacy/Factory data reset.

    Talked to Verizon's tier 2 support and a fella named Mark called Motorola. Moto says nothing can can be done for my lock button problem.. If I can't access boot recovery screen then I have no other means of putting a fresh copy of 2.0.1 on the device.. I asked if they could push the OS to me.. No go.. It all started when I unistalled an app called mylock.. The app is designed to by- pass the lock screen.. Apparently there is not any desktop manager type support for Droid/PC.. Yes, factory default reset several times with no resolve.. Device works well otherwise. Verizon is sending me another Droid.
