I have the Samsung Infuse from AT&T. I am using Straight Talk. I unlocked the phone because i was told too but then found out that i didnt actually need too so idk if it helped or is what is causing my problem. i finally got the apn settings to work with the app called tweakker. it gave me the edge network and maybe for 2 minutes a month i might get a single G as my signal but it is very rare. I reset my phone to maybe see and try again for the 3g but am still having no luck. I can not even use wifi to activate my play store to download tweakker again. so now i can only txt and call. i have tried multiple times to put in the apn and for some reason some say to use 410 as the msc i believe it is. i know it is the last section that you input a number. if i leave it at 230 or 260 whatever it is it will let me save but if i change it to 410, i go to his save and go back to the main apn screen and the setting disappears. so can someone please help me out with this. ill go back to the edge network if i need to but i prefer to finally get my 3g working.
