I think this is from the Liquid. I forget where I got this from but I really love this over the stock media player. It is a little laggy the first time you run it but just open everything up and let it index your files.

This is a killer media player replacement for you. I am going to post some pics for you guys in a few minutes.

Its nice player. Two things may keep me from keeping it though. It doesn't use album art that isn't embedded in the tag apparently, (even ones fetched by other programs), and the widget is a little worse looking imo than the default. Too bad cause it lets me browse my video too, and shows filenames. And looks a bit better.

The one posted only takes 1/4 of the screen so it's not completely compatible with the Droid.

My droid rebooted not long after installing it... Seems a little faster now.

Does it only take up 1/4 the screen for everyone or just me? if it was full resolution I may use it.

Is it possible for someone to do this with the Sense UI music app? I hear the HTC phones have a better music app.

Where's the link to the older .APK from the other post that fills the screen on the Droid?

This link worked for me. (fit the whole screen).

even if there is an apk for this it would not be full screen. The HTC android phones are a lower res.

Anybody got a screen of the widget?
  23. DA717

    DA717 Member

Ok got it in full screen mode. I went into Spare Parts and enabled compatibility mode and now it's full screen.... could be the reboot since it made me do that to enable compatibility mode but it works now yay.

So it fills the screen on some peoples' phones, but not others'? That seems very unusual. Are any of you guys rooted or running specific apps that could somehow cause a conflict?

Yes the link posted here is fine(full screen). Root is not required. Anyone having problems should try uninstall and installing it again.
