Root Netflix and GTalk

Okay guys coming back for some help. First is in gtalk on a rooted phone how do you do video chat. I remember reading some where you need to changed a text file to make it say that wifi isn't needed or something in those words.

Next is netflix. I have the program downloaded changed my /system/build.prop to the vision settings and starting to get some sound but no video. Wanted to know if there was a buffering setting I'm missing or something in that manner.

Let me know what you guys have tried or think. I may be off my rocker trying to get these things to work. Thank you.

Gtalk: you need a 2.3.3+ rom and have to use the updated gtalk app relreased by google - flashed through recovery

Netflix: currently there is no documented working way to have netflix on the mytouch 4g stock rom. changing build.prop makes no difference for us. it works without modification in cm7 nightly #76 and newer and a few assorted roms.

I spoke to t-mobile about the netflix issue and they informed me that the gingerbread upgrade would fix
