Help Network issue

I UPGRADE my phone xperia sti51 to ginger bread 4.1 and now got network issue. I have change to different network / sim card but still having the same issue Pls help

When you upgraded it, was it an official upgrade from Sony or was it a third-party ROM you loaded. What kind of network issues are you having, doesn't it work at all, or can you make calls, is data working? FYI 4.1 is actually Jellybean not Gingerbread.
