Help Network Proble in Galaxy Ace

Hi Friends,
I am new to this forum and the Samsung Galaxy Ace.I am in india and I am using Aircel. I have got the configuration settings from aircel and installed in my mobile. yet i am not able to access any site from my mobile.

i need help from you all friends.

Ask for apn settings from your service provider aircel and enter it manually

i am from kuwait. Yday i brought a new Samsung Ace mobile. It is working good and good looking too. But i am facing a prblem that at my home it's shows no network connection. A message " No Network or Sim card Error". I am staying at Six floor. Even ground floor have no problem. The problem only at inside my flat. My mobile line is Zain. other line (VIVA) is working good. Any onehad the same problem ? Dears how to overcome this problem? Please advise..
