it's from the incredible's gingerbread test leak. It's available over at XDA or probably doug piston's website.

it appears to be the same baseband as the leak a month ago.

I've been running it for a few weeks. No appreciable difference from 7.28 IMO. YMMV.

I test drove this for a few weeks. On my phone at least the data speeds were horribly slow. Just went to the 11.19 evo radio and so far the speeds are much better.
