Help New app icons don't stick

I upgraded by Vibrant to 2.2 last week. Since then I've noticed that new applications that I've downloaded since the upgrade, don't stick to the home screen across boots. I can place an icon wherever I want, as expected, but after a reboot the icon is gone. Apps that were loaded before the upgrade work fine.

Has anyone else seen this? Any solution?

I had this problem with one of my apps I downloaded. Turns out it was installed to the SD card and I didn't know. After moving it back to the phone it now stays across boots. Hope that helps you out!
