Hey everyone, how's the internet this evening?

Suppose I should introduce myself; I am a 20-something who joined for the purpose of learning and getting the maximum effectiveness out of my surprise Christmas gift; the Galaxy Nexus. My S/O works for Google and seems to be convinced that this is the most awesome phone available right now.

This is my second android; the first was/is a Samsung Intercept that I bought for the unlimited data offered by Virgin for a mere 25 dollars a month. The Galaxy Nexus is quite the upgrade, I must say.

I was excited to post a SS of my home screen on the appropriate thread in the G-Nex forum, but apparently I'll have to author an undisclosed number of posts before I can do that. Dunno if I'll make it because I tend to be more of a reader than a writer on forums, but I figured I might as well get started, so here I am.

Cheers! Nice to meet you all.

It's nice to meet you as well and welcome to Android Forums. Congrats on that new Nexus. There are many of the opinion it's the top dawg right now. In any event, here is the sub forum where all the Nexus folks are hanging out and discussing their new phones: Samsung Galaxy Nexus - Android Forums I think you will be good to go with your screen shot now that you've posted an intro. Have fun.
