Hi Folks,


Had been waiting to see what the darkside had to offer next week

but decided to take the plunge after getting a good deal and waiting on my New Desire to arrive in great anticipation.

Any suggestions tips or info gratefully accepted

or I'll just trawl and grab as required.

Welcome mate. My advice is check your headphones in it. If you plan to use bundled headphones then fine, 3rd party headphones have known issues. cos they don't have mics, they cause static and music skipping if the phone thinks they are a Headset and not Headphones.

Good news is that there is an app just released called Headset Blocker on Market that reduces the static of 3rd party headphones.

Other than that, turn off Always on Mobile data to save battery and enjoy a great little phone
