New firmware update from Verizon - What's in it?

I noticed that my Samsung hardware assistant program in my PC notified me of a new firmware update.

I installed it but see nothing different yet.
I was already 4.3

Anyone know what that was?
Maybe it was just some bug fixes.

If one is on MJ7 (rooted) will this unroot? And do the current root methods such as Vroot work to re-root the update?

(I am always wary of anything from Verizon. Where oh where are the custom recoveries so we can ditch the stock rom and start playing around?)

Hmm... come to think of it I think it is actually charging each time I plug it in.

I can't believe I didn't even think of that being a reason for the update.
It SUCKED that it would not always charge.

I have not had any issues with charging in the car using an older 1A Moto charger from my first Droid phone. Even running screen at 75% brightness and Waze, it still charges.

I've been using Motorola chargers on my gs3 and gs4 and lately on my gs4 I've had to restart my phone while plugged in just to get it to charge. Hopefully this fixes that.

I had the charging problem fixed by using better cables, but now I think they broke it again!

I'm using a 2.1 amp car device, but yesterday it didn't seem to charge the phone well, and I did get a message once about how it would be better to use a Samsung charger. The day before though it worked fine, and it's been 4 days since the update on my phone. So anyway, now charging seems inconsistent.
