I've just uploaded Version 1.1 to the Android Market which adds support for large screen sizes.

Description
Critical Altitude 3D is an Accelerometer based third person flight game featuring real-time 3D graphics (OpenGL ES). Race through endless levels avoiding buildings and various obstacles to earn a highscore!

- OpenGL ES for true 3D real-time graphics
- Accelerometer ( tilt the device ) for Up/Down and Left/Right steering
- 4 Planes to choose from with different speeds and point rewards

No offense, but the game just seems boring. It would be helpful if there was a bombing run option, or rings to fly through or something. Just feels very half baked. Or make it tougher by having you press on the left/right side of the screen for rudder control, or tilt-right/left for roll axis control.

The thing is without roll axis control, it's practically a racer with elevation control, with obstacles in your path and no track. But with nowhere to go, no-one to compete with it just has no point. Maybe if you spawned ALOT more buildings and boxed the player in and forced them to maneuver more it would help. Make it like a major metropolitan area to fly through and maybe you've got something.

The higher levels (in the full version) do get a lot more intense! The game as it stands really appeals more to the casual/arcade gamer.

However...

We are currently working on multi-player components for this game and an unannounced title. Stay tuned.
