New HTC Sense soon

not sure if this has been posted since it was just announced, and also not sure where it should go. but, this was announced along with the new HTC Desire HD and Z for Europe.

Oh those are nice features! Seems like HTC is picking up its game against the other manufacturers' UIs

HTC Maps
HTC are going to introduce a pre-loading system to a maps application on HTC Sense. This means that map images are going to be stored on the phone so that they can be viewed with or without an Internet connection.
They also mentioned that the application will include a re-orientation feature where by the map images will be rotated to display the way that the user is facing.

OK...now THAT should already be a feature of Google Map -_-;;;

This is a new website that HTC will launch soon. It allows you to track your phone via GPS which is going to be great for when you lose it. The site will then allow you to redirect all calls and texts to a different location as well as allowing users to remotely wipe and lock their lost/stolen phone.

I see this making wheresmydroid, droidlocator and even maybe even lookout redundent for HTC owners XD hahaha
