    I haven't been able to get this to work with my EVO :( Anyone else have success with this?

    What I found out with HTC Sync is that you have to install the different versions in succession, on your computer.

    I tried to install just a "newer" version when i first got the EVO, but it didn't work (I'm assuming there was some component on the original exe that was needed for use with the updates).

    Not sure if that's the issue you're having, but I'd try installing all of the versions in succession of their release and see if that works.
