I just upgraded my memory card and I would like to get the data off the old one onto the new one. I connected it to my LINUX computer, copied the contents of the old drive, and then copied them back to the new card. No luck. I get a mounted as read only error.

Is there a standard way to replicate my old memory card onto my new card and have the phone like it?

That's the same method I used to go from my 16GB card to my 32. The exception being I used Windows instead of Linux.

I tried a second time and got it working. I'm not sure what the problem was but it works fine now.

Try a Windows or Mac? What??? 8^P
