    Hi folks.

I'm here because I just acquired an Android Tablet, an Enpert ESP_E201U "Identity". It was great deal, a demo unit from a retailer, but the catch is there's no warrantee beyond a short "DOA" return policy. I've now come to understand that the manufacturer is no longer in business, so no support from them. The unit "basically" works, except for its GPS, and I've heard that this was a problem with these tablets and that a manufacturers firmware upgrade is needed. But with the manufacturer gone and their website no longer functional, my only chance at support or backdoors to getting upgrades is going to be through a forum like this.

So anyway, I'll poke around and see if i can find a more appropriate place to offer some specifics, and try to find a guru :)

    Welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately with a tablet like yours with little support and the manufacturer gone we probably won't be able to get a solution for you. You can still ask but I really can't tell you anything optimistic. Sorry :(

    Thanks for joining though!
