Theres a few ROMs out there, the Modaco ones, and the SamSet ones (which includes a 2.2 build). The Cyanogenmod team have announced support for the Galaxy S series, so hopefully one of their ROMs comes our way soon. Thats the one I'm really after, comes with BT HID profile support, which means PSX/GBA control via wireless BT Wii Classic Controller + TV Out...
