New Shift owner. Few questions

I have recently bought this phone, a couple of hours ago to be exact, from Sprint. I haven't done anything to it at all.
I have a few questions.
When I look under "Internal phone storage" it says that I only have 353 mb left.
Is this how much memory my phone has left? Or is it talking about RAM
I thought this phone came with 2gb

My phone came with a 2GB microSD card. Did you take out the battery to see if you have a memory card back there?

Internal storage refers to built in memory, not the SD card (which shows separetely).
