New smartphone user-hello

Hi: I'm new to using a smartphone. I'm learning, but some settings and commands don't seem to work right off. Can anyone give me some direction other than reading the manual (not very detailed)? I have a Samsung Charge. Thanks

What kind of problems are you experiencing? Also feel free to post in the Droid Charge forums, I will answer what I can but I am sure they will be a lot more knowledgeable about your phone than myself.
