New tablets coming out, which one to get?

It looks like there are several tablets coming out this year. I'm looking for a 7" tablet with a rear camera, hdmi capability, and a standard charging port for my girlfriend. That rules out the Nexus and Samsung tabs. I'D like her to have one with 3/4g capability but that's not huge. It'll have to be 200 or under.


Any ideas?
