New threat from Verizon apparently breaking

I didn't realise people had been refunded. If that's the case, Note 7 users have no right keeping the phone if it's not been paid for.

I can understand why Verizon would take measures to force folk to return it.

Ummmm it was Verizon who sent checks back without requiring the phone in exchange. Second if you disposed of your previous phone to switch to the Note 7 now your forced to buy an inferior phone! Tell me one phone on the market that rivals the Note 7? So I can reactivate my Note 3 but where's my compensation??? $100. credit if I buy a new phone only. And the fast chargers I bought etc. Nice scam to sell more phones. Oh yeah right that $35. bill credit a few months ago covers my hassle.

I just got the warning for 1/31/2017 as D day. Screw them!!
