Hi Guys and Gals,
I have been lurking for a couple of days, due to getting the Dell Streak, and I decided that lurking is no fun.
Early May I upgraded my O2 UK contract and chose a HTC Desire. I will admit that I may not have given Android a chance, as I sold the Desire (a nice device I'll admit, but not for me) within 3 days and went back to the iPhone 3GS. I have since purchased the iPhone 4 as my main phone, I didn't and still don't think that Android fits with my everyday phone lifestyle, that and I've spent more than I wish to know on apps for the iOS family of devices.
So anyway, the reason that I am here. I figured that I should give Android another go, but have chosen to stay away from the Sense interface that I was not so keen on. I found that O2 offered the Streak on their laptop and tablet family of contracts. This is what I chose.
I guess that is all for now. I shall try to be more attentive the forum, and may well be asking 'silly' questions.
Matt
P.S. I am loving Android and the Streak so far.
