New to this.. sms app

Hello, I am new to this and not very technically minded. My partner has bought me a new phone and I will recieve it shortly. I have been researching apps and came across an sms app/viewer i liked. Not sure what it is called or whether it is already on the phone. It is on the picture below. If someone could help me that would be great.

This is a Sony-Ericsson app and will already be on if it is a Soney-Ericsson phone you are getting. If it is not a Sony-Ericsson, it will not be possible to have it.
