    New update today.

    See here:

    Firmware Updates - documentation?

Just be patient. I understand about 3 people over at Transformers Prime Forum have bricked theirs with this update. It's apparently a large update so be patient and don't stop it in the middle of it if you take it.

I bricked mine. I think it may have been due to trying to do multiple updates at the same time, but I don't know. I was patient for over an hour, then tried reset, and now I'm stuck at the Eee Pad Asus startup screen.

Mine arrives tomorrow. Based on what I'm reading here, I need to make sure that only one update gets applied at a time. So far there have been 2 updates for the tablet? Is that correct? Thanks!

I'm not sure but it seems there were 3 updates originally this morning and
that's why some people got bricked.

Now there's talk that one of the updates was removed by asus.

Also seems those that only got the 2 updates are good and no problems..

Only update one update at a time.

There were 3 updates for me. I would wait a little before doing any of the updates. I am one of the few who now have bricked devices. See xda and transformer forums for others. I now have to return my previously working TP and get back in line for a replacement.

So, the option is there to not apply the updates, then? This is not like a phone where the updates get pushed?

There is an option to "postpone" the update, but I'm not sure exactly how long that postpones it for. Asus apparently is becoming aware that one of the updates caused many bricked TP's. Definitely only apply one update at a time, and I would initially postpone the update to rule out the faulty ones. Let someone like me be the guinea pig;)
