no the unit will not have the latest ICS. Once you receive the unit, you should have the ICS update waiting on the server, given that your tab is the GED wifi only version. the VZW 3G/4G tab will not have the update just yet.

As marctronixx said it will not have ICS unless the previous owner updates it.

you should love it. i have had the xoom since its launch day last year. its a solid device.
