To install Applanet on your phone you're first going to need to load the Applanet client. Since it's not in the Android market you'll likely need to download it directly from the Applanet web site and side-load it onto your phone. Personally I'd download it from a PC and then copy it to the phone when connected to the computer via USB.

To enable side-loading you need to go to App Drawer -> Settings -> Applications and enable the installation of apps from unknown sources.
